 Admission
would be effected only on submission of the duly completed
application form, along with ALL required enclosures. The
date of birth entered cannot be altered subsequently.
 The
child shall be admitted into a class only after passing
the admission test, wherever required.
 The
school authorities reserve the right to remove the child’s
name from the rolls, if their progress in studies is unsatisfactory,
or their attendance is irregular, or their conduct is harmful
to other students, or if the parents behavior is rude &
non-co-operative, or for any other reason, at the sole discretion
of the management, with or without assigning any reason.
If
a child has to be withdrawn from the school, at least
one calendar month’s notice in writing is required.
In case of failure to do so, one month’s fee shall
be deducted from the caution deposit.
Those
who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the
fee for the month of June.
Application
for the school-leaving certificate and refund of caution
deposit are to be submitted and must reach the school
office within 15 days from the date a child has left the
school.
School-leaving
certificate shall be issued upon payment of all sums in
full due to the school, and all library books returned.
It shall be issued within 3 working days from receipt
of application.
Caution
deposit, if any shall be refunded on production of the
caution money deposit receipt along with the form for
the same, within 7 working days from receipt of the form.
Any fee / other dues payable by the student to school
shall be deducted and the balance shall be paid.
It
is compulsory to take the school-leaving certificate and
caution deposit refund within 30 days from the date of
withdrawal application, failing which his/her caution
deposit shall be forfeited.
